About the Opportunity
Are you about to graduate from a Diagnostic Imaging program?
At Nova Scotia Health, Diagnostic Imaging is a close-knit team of patient-focused professionals' community of patient-centered professionals delivering medical imaging and radiation therapy services. With compassion and access to advanced equipment across the province—like GE Logic E10s, GE Definium 656, Philips Epiq CVXs, and more cutting-edge technology on the way—our Diagnostic Imaging experts guide patients through testing and play a vital role within the healthcare team. The department is continually striving to expand services, enhance access, and provide outstanding care.

About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Graduated, or will graduate from an accredited educational program (School of Radiological Technology, School of Nuclear Medicine Technology, School of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technology, School of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound).
- Certification (or eligible) with Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) (if applicable)
- Certification (or eligible) with Sonography Canada (if applicable)
- Licensure (or eligible) with Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals (NSCMIRTP)
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours
- Various permanent, assignments (temporary), and casual relief (no guarantee of hours), opportunities available in various locations throughout Nova Scotia.

Compensation and Benefits
Radiological Technologist - General Imaging: $34.78 - $44.49 hourly
CT Technologist, MRI Technologist, Interventional Technologist, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer: $38.74 - $47.50 hourly
Nuclear Medicine Technologist: $36.88 - $45.21 hourly
Cardiac Sonographer: $43.56 - $52.45 hourly
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
