About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Contract Management and working closely with the NSH Supply Chain team, the Senior Analyst provides expertise in managing and analyzing contract-related data. This is accomplished by combining a fundamental understanding of contract management and customer needs with expert skill in the use of large volumes of information, automated processes, and technology-driven systems to support decision-making, monitor data quality, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract records. The Senior Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining contract data elements, identifying trends, and exceptions, and creating reports to support operational and compliance requirements. The role requires the ability to effectively prioritize work, manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities, and communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders through written, verbal, and in-person interactions.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or another field relevant to the duties performed, required.
  • Minimum Three (3) years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information
  • Specific experience in contract administration, contract data management, or master data management, is preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Project Management and/or Lean certification(s) an asset.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience leveraging automation, system functionality, and technology tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data trends, exceptions, and potential risks within large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data governance, quality assurance, and process compliance.
  • Highly proficient in information systems and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
  • Proven ability to investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ability to validate, interpret, and summarize complex information for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and distributing reports, dashboards, and exception reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative working relationships across functional teams to support contract administration and business objectives.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to respond professionally and effectively to inquiries and requests.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions using data-driven insights.
  • Competencies in other languages preferred; French an asset.

Hours

  • Permanent full-time position, 75 hours bi-weekly

Compensation and Benefits

$39.05 - $47.84 hourly
