About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Health Services Manager and working closely with the Nova Scotia Eating Disorder Provincial Service's Provincial Coordinator and Clinical Director the Provincial Outcomes & Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of outcomes and program evaluation for the Nova Scotia Eating Disorder Provincial Service across the province of Nova Scotia.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a health professional discipline (e.g. Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Nursing)
- Advanced research training (e.g., Master’s level or PhD) would be an asset.
- License/Registration with relevant discipline
- 2 years related experience required
- Previous experience working with eating disorders treatments is an asset, understanding of essential components of Eating Disorders treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in data management skills and software (e.g., Greenspace, SPSS, R) is an asset.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including ability to work sensitively and effectively with clients, families, various professional and community agencies and partners in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated competency in team building, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal effectiveness, and applying these skills to work collegially and directionally with service members, partners, and clients.
- Providing services & education to clients over the lifespan (Child, Youth, Families, and Adults)
- Experience with program development, evaluation, and implementation an asset
- Training in CBT-T, CBT-AR, FBT, AFT an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Demonstrated verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Well-developed organization and daily planning skills
- Effective research and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to understand and anticipate the impact of decisions at departmental level and provincial level
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Compensation and Benefits
$35.56 - $45.28 Hourly
