About the Opportunity

The position will be responsible to support and achieve the expansion of services in Diagnostic Imaging.  

  • Act as the key point of contact for DI
  • Evaluating DI processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of DI workflows
  • Effectively communicating to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Developing key materials for training and knowledge translation, including technical knowledge base articles, training videos, and user guides. 

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health profession/adult education or equivalent combination of experience and education is considered
  • Minimium of 1 full year of experience in project management in planning and executing a variety of large scale initiatives
  • Formal education or equivalent work experience in operational management and system management
  • Strong understanding of the processes associated with requisitions for diagnostic imaging, including understanding of processes and systems
  • Demonstrated experience in project management/project administration
  • Experience facilitating team meetings
  • Experience working in collaboration with key stakeholders and partners
  • Superior interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of utilizing technology to create efficiencies and streamline tracking, retrieval and distribution of information
  • Experience with program evaluation framework development and implementation
  • Experience with indicator development and data capture
  • Critical analysis skills/experience
  • Valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License

Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours

Long assignment full-time position; 75 hours biweekly
Approximately 12 months

Compensation and Benefits

 $33.80 - $42.25 hourly 
Successful candidates may be eligible for our benefits package which includes health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage as well as a defined benefit pension plan.
