About the Opportunity

The Clerk B is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department in its communications with other departments and support to staff. The Clerk B must be able to handle multiple demands and priorities in a busy and unpredictable environment.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade XII plus one-year related experience or graduate of a recognized one-year secretarial/business program
- General office skills an asset
- Experience working in a nursing unit environment is considered as asset
- Experience in staffing processes and collective agreement knowledge is considered as asset
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous changes is an asset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Competencies in other languages preferred, French an asset

Hours
Permanent, full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly
Compensation and Benefits
$23.35 - $25.39 Hourly
